The vision is provision of solution to improve the basic needs facing the lives of the fishermen, achievement of fisheries prosperous. Fishery community development in coastal areas and inland fresh water fishing community development. Changing the livelihood for fishing communities through fish production of the urban, depended marine and fisheries activity to a better and sustainable lives. Promotion of their opportunities and carriers as national livelihoods to enable all people to live with dignity, freedom and prosperity. Consulting with related marine environment and fishery agencies to create employment and sustainable markets for coastal communities.
